○ 19.00 In conversation with curator Nadia Argyropoulou discussing her exhibition ‘What remains is future” (Patras Cultural Capital) which took place in 2006. The discussion will analyze the exhibition as a framework of “the new greek art scene” and the curator’s approach for a dialogue with local society, the institution “Patras Cultural Capital” etc.

○ 19.40 we have the pleasure to host four members of the Reading Group, which was active during the period 2004-2010, which is the time the ehibition is examining. In an open discussion with Manty Albani, Elpida Karamba, Polina Kosmadaki and Sotiris Bahtsetzis, we will discuss on what brought them together, the topics that the Reading Group was negotiating at the time and will further comment and reflect on the collective artistic / curating process in Greece through the spectrum of the Reading Group and the time then but also in relation to the current initiatives in Athens in 2020.

○ 17.00 join us for the screening of Panos Koutra’s iconic film Strella at the basement floor of the institution. The film is introduced by trans-activist and director of Red Umbrella Athens, Anna Kouroupou in a brief conversation with iLiana Fokianaki.

**** The Reading Group was a working group consisting of Manty Albanis, Elpida Karaba, Polina Kosmadaki, Sotiris Bahtsetzis, Christopher Marinos and Kostis Stafylakis.

The exhibition part hosted at ASFA (Athens School of Fine Arts) ends on the 31st of January.
